Terms and conditions
1. General
1.1
Vueltita Workshop Weekend is organised under the umbrella of the association adentro.ch,
namely by Leah Bohle, Doris Kuen, Laila Mac Kellar and Evgenia Pronina
(herewith called “the organisers”)
1.2
The program of the Workshop Weekend can be changed by the organisers at any time.
1.3
Your registration for the workshops is personal and non-transferable.
1.4
You agree to respect and follow the official Swiss Covid-19 regulations valid at the time of the event.
2. Payment
2.1.
The registration fee is due the lastest 10 days after you receive the organisers' confirmation email.
2.2
If we do not receive the applicable fee until the date communicated in the confirmation, your reservation will cancelled and freed for other participants without further notice or reminders.
3. Cancellations
3.1.
In case you need to cancel your participation:
Until Friday 18th of August 2022, we will refund you the received amount in CHF with a deduction of CHF 15.- handling fee.
After Friday 18th of August 2022 no compensation for the booking will be granted.
3.2.
In case the organisers need to cancel the event:
We will refund you the registration fee with a deduction of CHF 15.- to cover part of our fixed costs.
4. Liability and Insurance
4.1.
The organisers cannot be held liable for any personal or material damage or loss during the event.
4.2
In case of cancellation of the event, the organisers will not cover any personal costs involved.
4.3.
Insurances is the responsibility of the participants.
5. Privacy Policy
5.1.
Swiss data protection law applies. You consent that we are keeping and processing your submitted data. We guarantee to handle your data strictly confidentially.
5.2.
You give us permission to take pictures and/or videos during the event and publish them online.
6. Agreement
6.1
By submitting your registration, you accept these terms and conditions.
